Water Damage Restoration

Maintenance is an ongoing necessity of home ownership. The most common repair for a home twenty years old or older is the roof. The challenge with roof leaks is that not only will water come in through an opening to damage a ceiling directly underneath the leak, but water will follow structural framing. As a result, an entire ceiling, or worse, several rooms will fall victim to water damage. We specialize in drywall repair. Our restoration is neat, quick, and imposes minimal impact on your daily routine. This is also an ideal time to change the wall color! We'll come out, assess the situation, then work with you to determine the best course of action.

Color Matching

There is more to getting the color right when touching up walls, trim, or ceilings. The degree to which the paint reflects light should be matched as well as the color itself. Most well known paint manufacturers offer five levels of reflectivity: Flat, Satin, Eggshell, Semi-Gloss, and High Gloss. It's important to blend the touch-up into the existing product. You may have the color right, but the sheen will reveal a mismatch in reflectivity. If our touch-up doesn't blend, we'll paint the whole wall!

Textured Ceilings

We've lost count with the number of homes we've seen, especially spec homes and single-builder communities, where the paint for every interior surface came out of one bucket. With a flat ceiling being the same color as the walls and trim, you end up spending your waking hours feeling trapped in a Woody Allen movie! A simple and inexpensive solution could be applying texture to an otherwise non-descript ceiling. A subtle texture adds a three dimensional component to the ceiling and a richness to the entire room. Restoring the ceiling after water damage is another excellent time to consider updating the look & feel of the room. We don't do popcorn, we don't do Orange Peel textures. We can bring samples of our ceiling texture for you to see first hand.
